Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Who we are

Atelier 360 is an operational platform for independent fashion brands. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website at atelierthreesixty.com and any connected services.

What we collect

When you use Atelier 360, we collect the following:

  • Account data: your name, email, and authentication credentials (stored hashed).
  • Brand data: information you enter about your brand. products, tech packs, materials, manufacturers, buyers, orders, linesheets, and related business records.
  • Usage data: standard web logs. IP address, browser type, pages visited. We use this to operate and debug the service.
  • Integration data: if you connect a third-party service (such as Shopify), we store the access tokens required to communicate with that service. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

What we do not collect

We do not read, store, or process personal data about your individual end customers beyond what is strictly required to operate the service. When you connect Shopify, we retrieve order totals and fulfillment status. we do not retrieve individual customer names, addresses, or payment details.

How we use data

We use the data you provide to operate the Atelier 360 platform, including:

  • Rendering your own brand records back to you
  • Generating intelligence, summaries, and recommendations via our AI assistant (Véra)
  • Sending transactional emails related to your account, orders, and integrations
  • Operating integrations you explicitly authorise (e.g. Shopify)
  • Diagnosing errors and maintaining service reliability

We do not sell your data. We do not use your brand's data to train our AI models. We do not share your data with other brands on the platform in any identifiable form.

AI processing

Atelier 360 uses large language models operated by Anthropic to generate intelligence, summaries, and drafts on your behalf. When you interact with Véra, we send the relevant brand context to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Anthropic does not retain this data for training under their enterprise API terms. We do not use your data to train any model.

Shopify integration

If you connect a Shopify store to Atelier 360, we request the minimum permissions required to operate the integration: read access to products, orders, inventory, fulfillments, and customer counts, plus write access to products. We encrypt Shopify access tokens at rest using AES-256-GCM. You can disconnect the integration at any time from the Settings page, which revokes our access and marks our stored connection as uninstalled.

Where data is stored

Atelier 360 is hosted on Vercel (infrastructure in Europe and the US). Our primary database is hosted on Supabase in eu-west-2 (London). Backups may be replicated to secondary regions. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 at the database level, plus application-level encryption for sensitive fields such as integration tokens).

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object to specific processing activities
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
